4. Business arising
B. Haynes indicated that PESA did not proceed to lodge a submission with the Australian House of Representatives Inquiry into Teacher Education.
5. President's report adopted as circulated. P. Fitzsimons.
6. EPAT Report adopted as circulated. M. Peters/ J. Roe. M. Peters recorded his thanks to the PESA Executive, the EPAT review team and S. Brighouse.
7. Treasurer's Report adopted as circulated. B. Haynes/M. Peters
8. Incorporation of PESA be noted. N. Devine/J. Ozolins.
B. Haynes to undertake the required action to change the financial year to 30 September. J. Roe/ J. Marshall
J. Mansfield to provide the Secretary with artwork for a PESA logo. N. Devine/J. Roe
9. Philosophy of Education Society of Australasia Inc Scholarship as circulated be adopted with Regulation 10 to read "10. The student awarded a Scholarship shall (a) attend the Annual PESA Conference and present a paper refereed for that Conference and (b) present a satisfactory progress report to the PESA secretary 12 months after the award of the scholarship."

The President noted that Executive will coopt members to assist communication with Asian countries.
12. Conference:
PESA endorse 2004 OGM resolution that 2006 conference be held in Sydney (pending confirmation of a conference organiser). If that confirmation is not forthcoming, then the 2006 conference to be held in Wellington. Wellington host the 2007 conference if Sydney goes ahead in 2006.

EPAT Editor advised that the reviewers list is to be advertised and renewed.
EPAT Editor advised that a Reviews Editor is being sought.
EPAT Editor advised that F. Haynes is to provide a PESA Newsletter column in EPAT.
